What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval from C-Springs Car Rentals.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes. A minimum 4-hour interval is required between trips to allow time for vehicle inspection, cleaning, and preparation.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer the following discounts based on rental length:
5% off – 3-day rentals
10% off – 7-day rentals
15% off – 15-day rentals
20% off – 30-day rentals
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $250 refundable deposit is required for all rentals.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Minimum rental: 2 days
Maximum rental: No set limit
For extended rentals, a new rental agreement is required every 21 days (3 weeks).
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
Coupons and discounts are applied first to reduce the base rental price. Taxes are then calculated on the discounted total. Optional add-ons are applied last and may also be subject to tax.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 250 miles per day.
Additional mileage is charged at $0.25 per mile.
What are your standard business hours?
Our standard business hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?
We offer the following pick-up and delivery options:

Free Delivery/Pick-Up within 10 miles (for rentals of 2 weeks or more)
Delivery/Pick-Up within 10 miles: $125
Colorado Springs Airport (COS) Delivery: $50 per trip
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up and return times are not automatically scheduled and must be coordinated in advance. Please contact us to confirm availability.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
No set schedule. Custom delivery requests must be arranged in advance and are negotiated based on availability.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
No. Pick-ups and returns must take place within standard operating hours unless otherwise approved.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Additional charges may include:
Young Driver Fee (under 25): $200 (approval required)
Pre-Paid Fuel Option: $55
Child Safety Seat: $15 per trip
Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel
Late Fee (30-minute grace period): $25 per day
Vehicle Retrieval Fee: $125
Do you offer additional equipment or services?
Yes. Available add-ons include:
Child Safety Seats: $15 each
Excess Mileage: $0.25 per mile
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
🐶 Pets are not allowed—please keep your fur friends at home.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
There is no cost for additional drivers, unless the additional driver is under 25 years of age (approval required).
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 smoking/cleaning fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and parking violations incurred during the rental period.
C-Springs Car Rentals typically receives toll invoices within 30–60 days. Once invoiced, renters must review and pay promptly.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
A $200 cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or with strong odors that require more than standard cleaning. This includes (but is not limited to):
Heavy stains
Mud
Pet hair or pet odors
Bodily fluids
Smoke or strong odors
Each vehicle includes access to a Mister Car Wash subscription, and we kindly ask renters to return the vehicle tidy by using the windshield barcode at any Mister location.
